This package also includes:

  • Phone/Text support the week of the wedding.

  • Overseeing and managing all vendor arrivals and set-up.

  • Venue final walkthrough meeting/phone call. 

  • Directing helpers and vendors during décor and event set-up.

  • Adding final touches to décor to bring your vision together.

  • Maintaining and adhering to the wedding day schedule to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Serving as the point of contact for vendors, guests, and the wedding party throughout the day.
